Reported by: Jessica Kuddes QMS Version Number: Prod & Trial: 1.3.40 Prerequisites: Tenant: Charla J Holst Issue: The user at the facility was dealing with refresh/loading issues when attempting to pay for the tenant. They were met with a few errors, also shown in the Report: Failed Payments , and one of those errors made it through in addition to the successful transaction. Notes: The tenant's financials in QMS show only one successful transaction. Bank statement and Converge show two payments received.

It looks like the email link functionality was changed. It has broken the links sent in emails. Trial->LONG I sent an eSign request using the template: eSignature Request This was the URL sent in the email when I clicked the "Click to Sign" link in the email: https://https//sign.trial.quikstor.com/LONG/ATX/online?leaseId=78b35149-c233-4f1b-bf15-64415be0ce9c&code=f0a16d93-32f4-49f0-8063-983d64d2b77c&method=email I completed a move in and the following email template was sent: Move-In Completion Lease Unavailable This is the URL when I clicked the "Tenant Portal" link: https://https//portal.trial.quikstor.com/en/LONG/ATX In both cases, we are adding an additional https// We need to get this fixed. Also, we should add the ability to edit a link that is already defined in the email template. Currently, if I highlight the link text and click the link button, it does not populate with the previous data so it is hard to troubleshoot. A brand-new number was purchased in the QMS interface as this is standard practice. An 805 area code was purchased because the no numbers with the facility's area code (661) were available*. The client does not want an 805 number (doesn't make sense geographically), and it was discovered that we could just transfer the number they were already using with Cloud to their QMS account, so we did that. The number that was transferred is a 661 number. Twilio says this number should be working based on what they see on their end, but test texts from the transferred number are not being received nor are they being logged in Twilio at all. *While the QMS interface said no 661 numbers were available for purchase, this was tested in Twilio itself and 661 numbers were available for purchase. This doesn't really have an impact on this bug, but this is just a note to development about behavior of the SMS interface that was experienced when purchasing a number. If we need to change the number associated with the facility in Twilio, somehow we need to be able to change it in QMS.

However, when selecting http or https, the generated link omits the colon (e.g., https //example.com instead of https://example.com ). Expected Result: An option to not specify a specific value.
