I ran the new Keycodes Report on SC Self Storage 1 and it only shows one entry on the report but there are several keycodes in the system.

Menards SS requested the ability to send a .pdf Receipt as an attachment with the Move-In email with details of the move-in payment. Believing this feature was already implemented, we tried to set that up for testing. Created a Transaction Receipt. Assigned the Transaction Receipt to Trial/RMF Storage/Myrtle Beach Created the Move-In email using the trigger "Move-In Completion (Lease Unavailable)" Then, when we tried to add the "Transaction Receipt" trigger we received the error, "Email templates cannot have the trigger action TransactionReceipt". (see attached)

Expected Result: Column: Scheduled Eff Rate Date reflects a similar format as seen in QMS. (expected date: 04/01/2025) Actual Result: Column: Scheduled Eff Rate Date does not reflect in a similar format as seen in QMS. (actual date: 03/31/2025) Note: Please see the attached screenshot.

Reported by Jordan Lievois Steps to Replicate : Report: Effective Rates By Unit Corporate: QMS->Corporate->Reports-> Effective Rates By Unit Facility: QMS-Facility->Reports-> Effective Rates By Unit Populate information for any date. Review Column: Autopay Expected Result: For both Corporate and Facility reports, the Autopay column should accurately reflect the corresponding Autopay data shown within the QMS program Actual Result: The corporate report reflects NO for everyone, even though some units are enrolled on autopay. The facility report reflects blank data. More Information: A90 @ Trojan Storage of Oregon City is a unit enrolled on autopay, but the reports don't reflect that information. Issue can be replicated on QMS-Trial.

This was reported through firedrill. Some tenants, after paying their balances, are still in the delinquency process. The US team had to manually exclude them from delinquency and then include them back in. Confirmed units: 3601 Campbell 1203 Oregon City 1918 Commerce 2334 Commerce 2525 Portland 2118 Portland 2514 Portland

The Occupancy Statistics report is supposed to default sort by #1 SF and #2 Street Rate. However, it looks like the SF is not coming through even though Street Rate is listed as #2.
