Issue:
  • The user at the facility was dealing with refresh/loading issues when attempting to pay for the tenant.
  • They were met with a few errors, also shown in the
    Report: Failed Payments
    , and one of those errors made it through in addition to the successful transaction.
Notes:
  • The tenant's financials in QMS show only one successful transaction.
  • Bank statement and Converge show two payments received.
