Issue:

07/29/2025 portal move-in shows the tenant successfully occupying a unit, but their financial transaction is missing from the tenant's financial tab, but the payment is accounted in the Payments report.

Erick brought up the following, too:
" There also isn't anything in the communication tab, no welcome email or "successfully moved in" email.
The only thing currently there is previous communication from when they moved out. "
I suspected it had to do something with the tenant being a former tenant, but I couldn't replicate the problem.
