Reset Password Email Not Sent Despite of Correct Template Setup

No reset password email is being sent to users even though a template with the correct tag is configured. This issue occurs in both QMS and the Tenant Portal.
Expected Result:
Users should receive a reset password email based on the configured template with the correct tag.
Actual Result:
No reset password email is received.

Tony Gardner The screenshot provided is a ticket in Intercom (#34787689). The problem reported by tenants occurs when a reset password email is initiated. The link has already expired.
The problem reported by Ronald appears to be different, so I'm unsure if maybe QA/Dev Team is waiting to resolve that issue. Unsure, but users (TS, Menards, Stow & Go) keep inquiring about the status of #34787689.
