Step 2 – Compare those entries against Covered in the Report: Coverage Activity Expected Result: The entries match. Actual Result: The entries do not match. Note: Rhonda reported this problem with Site: TS of Burbank Units: 562, 957, L149, L418, L443; Pricing details list no active coverage for these units. Other sites found impacted: TS of Commerce & TS of Portalnd 2 (checked 04/24); I cannot determine which exact units were impacted Site not impacted: TS of San Jose (checked 04/24) I cannot confirm this issue on QMS-Trial. Reported by: Facility & Rhonda Haley QMS Version Number: Prod & Trial: 0.59.3 Information on the issue: Move-in occurred in the morning ~02:45 PT //based on what was recorded on Elavon Elavon shows User Name: QSSWEB Card used: (Visa) x9124 | Exp Date: 05/27 I did some digging around, but I couldn't find anything within the QMS program related to this tenant other than they are now a Prospect Tenant. Screenshots attached for Elavon and CashApp (provided by tenant) This ticket is an investigation ticket that April requested to be opened.

Reported by: Rhonda @ Trojan Storage Issue: * Below are three scenarios I replicated, where this issue is present: Tenant with PTD: 02/28/2025 -> Pay off balance plus 1 (or more) month(s) -> Transaction details breakdown the information for future months, but it omits MARCH and any other transactions that aren't Rent Tenant with PTD: 01/31/2025 -> Pay off balance -> Transaction details lists the full outstanding balance being paid; no breakdowns Tenant with PTD: 01/31/2025 -> Pay off balance plus 1 month -> Transaction details list only the breakdown of 04/01/2025-04/30/2025 Expected Result : Delinquency payments should always display the full breakdown of what's being paid. Actual Result : Delinquency Payments do not always display the full breakdown of what's being paid.

Issue: Current Tenant's Email Overwritten After Discarding Move-In Draft Reported by Support QMS -> Facility -> Units (left sidebar) -> Start New Move-In Top right corner, enter the email of a Current Tenant. Overwrite the autofilled email address to something different. Click on 'Next to Financial' Click on 'Discord Move-In Process' Keep the draft or delete the draft. Review the Current Tenant's information. Expected Results: Information isn't overwritten until the move-in completes. Actual Results: Information is overwritten. * In my testing, discarding the draft doesn't revert the change (QMS-Trial -> ACME -> Orlando).

Reported by Rhonda @ Trojan Storage Steps to Replicate: Log into QMS -> Facility Leads -> Create or find a lead. Go to the lead and start the move-in process under Leads. Click 'Next to Financial' at the bottom right corner. Click 'Discard Move-In Process' -> 'Yes, Discard Draft' Review Leads. Issue: A duplicate lead was created.

Issue: Processing a payment on a unit after a multi-month reversal displays the reversed payment amount Steps to Reproduce Issue: Find a unit and process a payment. Select Pay Balance & Number of Months Select a large value for the number of months //not required, but it's easier to see the bug Reverse the payment processed. Reprocess the payment. I believe this is an issue that was already discovered and corrected a few weeks ago, however it looks like templates that were created before the fix were not corrected (see QMS screenshot). Is there a way that development can scan the system and find any templates that are still affected by this issue and correct them on the backend? Rhonda at Trojan just reported that tenants at multiple sites are complaining about receiving invoices with blank/missing information (please see attached invoice and tenant reply), and I'm worried that if we try to manually correct this for all facilities at all companies that we are going to miss something.
