Issue Trojan Storage Call Center reports that tenant emails with attached pictures or documents are not being received in the application. Steps to Recreate: Facility sends tenant a request for additional documentation. Tenants reply to the email with an attached picture of their driver’s license or a document. Desired Result: Email is received OR, if rejected, an email is sent to the customer advising as such and stating why or how to fix (i.e. file size too large, wrong format, etc) The email is not received in the application. Actual Result: I tested this using the QuikStor Unit at Trojan Storage Burbank and my personal and work emails. Test emails with various file sizes and .pdf or .jpg file attachment types were received and logged correctly. Emails containing a .dng file (raw photo output from Google Pixel) were not received. No rejection email was received. Notes: - My Google Pixel device uses .dng files for images, and I believe iPhones use .heic files based on research. - The email sent to Trojan Burbank will be forwarded to the QMSRelease Email for further investigation.
