Reported By: Sarah Steps to Recreate: Ensure that the database being tested does not have corporate trigger templates assigned and/or does not have email addresses set up under Company > Communications at all. Attempt to send a registration email to a user. The system provides a success message stating the email was sent. The user never receives the email. Multiple attempts are made, each showing a success message. It was later discovered that the email trigger templates were not assigned to corporate and/or the database had no email addresses set up under Company>Communications, meaning no email could have been sent. Expected Result: If an email is successfully sent, the system should show a success message. If an email is not sent due to missing trigger templates or anything else missing from setup that would render the system incapable of sending the email, the system should display an error or warning message instead of falsely confirming success. Actual Result: The system displays a success message even when no email is sent due to missing trigger templates and/or no email address present under Company>Communications. Additional Notes: The issue is misleading to users because they believe emails are being sent when they are not. This could cause confusion and operational delays.
