Feature Requests

Menards wants a way to easily see on a report when a tenant moves out with a balance what that balance was. We discussed adding a column for this to the Movement Analysis report, however if they have requested specific Cloud reports be added to QMS, this feature may be addressed on one of those reports.

I did an auction move out on a tenant at ADS today and noticed that QMS sends an move out confirmation email to the tenant during this process. This includes a ledger showing the auction payment. This is not ideal and the only way to prevent this from happening is to change the tenants email beforehand, which is also not ideal. QMS should restrict sending any email to the tenant during the auction move out.

Menards is requesting this: "The move in receipt although correct seems a bit confusing with the $0 adjustment for the pro-rated amount for special move in. Is it possible to just have that line removed? See attachment."

I am submitting this request on behalf of PrimeSpace Storage - Irmo. The customer is curious as to why QMS is completely locking out a delinquent tenant from accessing their other units that are Paid Thru. The units and dates are: Unit 1055 PTD 7/16, Unit 1053 PTD 7/23, and Unit 1052 PTD 7/24, all owned by Lillie Bates. I informed the customer this is typical expected behavior of QMS and I've explained the risks associated with letting delinquent tenants access their units. The customer is essentially looking to allow unit access for delinquent clients. Talking with Manny, he let me know that this would sound like a feature request.

PrimeSpace is requesting this. The state of South Carolina requires that late notices sent by email can be validated as opened. See attached image of specifics the client has provided about their request. At a minimum, I think this would need a timestamp of any/all open events.

PrimeSpace Storage is requesting this. From them: "Our investors are growing frustrated that they don't have easy access to the reports and have to look in multiple areas/sometimes the link doesn't work on their phones if their not signed in, etc. even if it’s a version of the daily report, etc that has clear easy to read info in the pdf form attached." Preferred Feature - Display Report Info in Body of Email: PrimeSpace's former software (custom Sitelink for CubeSmart) displayed the report information in the body of the email. See attached images. Second Choice Feature - Attach Reports to Email as PDFs: If putting report info directly in email body is not possible, the next best way to deliver information to investors that they can easily open and view is by having any scheduled reports attached as PDFs to the Scheduled Reports Email.

Requested By: Manny in Support Description: Requesting the ability for the QMS to return the most recent LastSyncId. This is necessary for situations where a computer fails or is replaced, and the tool must be reinstalled. Currently, without access to the previous LastSyncId, the Sync tool defaults to starting from the beginning of the pipe record history. This can lead to long delays—potentially hours—as the tool attempts to catch up on all historical data. This can also compromise the access control system since old data will be pushed thru their system. Reason for Request: By providing the latest LastSyncId, the Sync tool can resume from the correct point in the pipe record sequence, ensuring much faster recovery and data synchronization following a system outage or reinstall. Expected Outcome: Reduce sync recovery time significantly by allowing reinstalled Sync tools to resume from the last known good sync point.

Requested by Alta Storage. Not a bad ask. Case scenario. User has a check payment where the payor name on the check is the "Company Name" with no other identifying information to associate the check payment with a Tenant. Adding the ability to identify the correct tenant record by searching for the Company Name would be an added value feature.
