This issue was originally reported by Randy. After creating a custom trigger (PTD) and enabling the options “Include Leases on Autopay” and “Include Delinquent Leases,” the system does not display the correct configurations upon editing the trigger without a browser refresh. Steps to Reproduce: Create a custom trigger (PTD) and toggle on “Include Leases on Autopay” and “Include Delinquent Leases.” Click Add Custom Trigger. Click the pencil icon to edit the trigger. Refresh the page and review the details. Expected Result: > The system should display the exact configurations as when the trigger was created. Actual Result: > The system shows: - No selected rule (Before PTD | On PTD | After PTD) - Both “Include Leases on Autopay” and “Include Delinquent Leases” toggled off Additional Observations: > After adding or editing the custom trigger, navigating between sections in the Corporate menu or switching to the Facility Panel and then returning to Corporate still shows incorrect details. > A full browser refresh is required to display the correct configurations. > This occurs regardless of the selected trigger rule (Before PTD | On PTD | After PTD) or the chosen action type (Send to Document, Email, or SMS). https://app.screencast.com/2GD89j1caF1U0

This issue was initially reported by Randy. When performing a move-in with a Security Deposit, the Daily Snapshot report does not display the Security Deposit under the “Other” column in Manager Discretionary Transactions. Steps to Reproduce: Perform a move-in with a Security Deposit fee. Generate the Daily Snapshot report. Scroll to Manager Discretionary Transactions. Check the transactions made — Security Deposit Fee is missing under the “Other” column. Additional Observations: > Tested this scenario across multiple units and facilities in the Trial Portal. > The issue is consistent — Security Deposit Fee is not displayed in the report.

Initiate a new Rental. Not sure it matters but this test rental was using an existing Tenant Satisfy all required fields > Click Next to Financial. Satisfy all required fields > Calculate Invoice > Click Next to Signature Click "Print & Sign". Notice "Next to Payment" button is enabled. Click "Preview and Download Lease". Notice "Next to Payment" button is now DISABLED.

Originally reported by Sarah and encountered on live sites. Steps to Reproduce: Go to Facility > Units. Click Export Units Data > Area Unit Attribute. In the exported CSV, change all values in the column "UsedInSquareFootageReports" to Yes. Save the CSV file. Go back to Import Units Data > Area Unit Attribute and upload the modified file. Expected Result: > The preview should show that all units now have a blue checkmark, indicating that "Include in Square Footage Reports" toggle is set to ON. Actual Result: > The preview still shows the checkmark as greyed out, indicating no change has occurred. Additional Observations: After manually checking the 'Used In Area Reports' option and uploading the CSV again: > The exported Area Unit Attribute file reflects "Yes" for the column. > However, when the same file is re-uploaded, the system does not recognize the change.

When you have select to upload a file, the iPad gives them the option of taking a picture instead. Unfortunately, the file name of the photo is always the same. If you already have a file with that name, it overwrites the file. I have asked them to please save photos first and upload from their camera roll instead until there’s a fix. ADS closed an auction unit today for unit Y-080. The cash payment that is automatically recorded does not appear on the Bank Deposit or the Payments Report.

Reported By: Manny (Support) Steps to Recreate: Navigate to Corporate → Templates → Add Trigger Template Enter a value into the Name field. Select any of the three available Type options. Observe that the Name field is cleared immediately after selection. Expected Result: The Name field should retain its value regardless of the Type selection order. Actual Result: The Name field is cleared when a Type is selected, regardless of which option is chosen. Additional Notes: Issue consistently occurs for all three Type options. This would prevent the confusion of a cleared Name field after the type entry.
