Issue:
- Tenants tried renting online, and one stated the move-in was completed, but no confirmation.
- This issue is similar to the issue here. The auth charges dropped (after asking TS Corp).
Notes:
- Prospect gets created.
- Reporting these two instances in case other reports come in.

We've attempted to reproduce this issue, but we were unable to do so.
We attempted a couple of move-ins and reservations with new prospects and received success confirmations both via email and in the Tenant Portal UI.
Could you please provide more details on where the issue occurs and what is the the exact issue that occurs?
