"When I go to set up a recurring late fee in a delinquency process, toggling on Recurring opens up additional options to allow a document, email, or SMS notice to be chained to the fee. This is greyed out and says "No options available" even though both a late notice document and email template exist (no SMS is set up yet).
This is happening in live, specifically in the Emigrant Storage database."
