Delinquency Setup | Recurring Late Fee Does Not Allow Notice Attachment

"When I go to set up a recurring late fee in a delinquency process, toggling on Recurring opens up additional options to allow a document, email, or SMS notice to be chained to the fee. This is greyed out and says "No options available" even though both a late notice document and email template exist (no SMS is set up yet).
This is happening in live, specifically in the Emigrant Storage database."

This feature requires creating new Delinquency Templates with "Recurring Apply Fee Notice" trigger. Templates -> Add New -> Delinquency Template -> Choose Trigger from Dropdown ( Recurring Apply Fee Notice )
When you create this, it will be shown as option when you toggle button
They have their own tags, in the Tag List -> Delinquency -> Recurring Apply Fee Notice
We've retested this, just in case, on both Test and Trial environments and we found no issues.
