Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Facility > Units.
  2. Click Export Units Data > Area Unit Attribute.
  3. In the exported CSV, change all values in the column "UsedInSquareFootageReports" to Yes.
  4. Save the CSV file.
  5. Go back to Import Units Data > Area Unit Attribute and upload the modified file.
Expected Result:
> The preview should show that all units now have a blue checkmark, indicating that "Include in Square Footage Reports" toggle is set to ON.
Actual Result:
> The preview still shows the checkmark as greyed out, indicating no change has occurred.
Additional Observations:
After manually checking the 'Used In Area Reports' option and uploading the CSV again:
> The exported Area Unit Attribute file reflects "Yes" for the column.
> However, when the same file is re-uploaded, the system does not recognize the change.
