Choose a facility in QMS and retrieve the following reports
  • Facility Report - Rent Roll
  • Facility Report - Delinquency
Steps to reproduce
:
1.
In the two reports, Isolate the following columns:
  • 'Total Due' in Rent Roll report.
  • 'Total $' in delinquency report.
2.
Compare these two sets of data.
Expected result
: The two sets of data match.
Actual Result
: The amounts do not match between data sets.
Notes
:
This was tested in Trial and production; the issue appeared in both.
Rhonda reports this is happening with CA and OR facilities the most.
