bug-fix in progress

Manny Ramirez
Reported By: Trojan Storage Burbank
Steps to Recreate:
Attempt to sync Noke with Unit 420.
Review tenant access setup – identify and resolve any duplicate keycodes (resolved).
Review unit-level settings under Site Access > Access Zone Groups and Unit Locks (resolved).
Attempt sync again after resolving both issues.
Expected Result:
Noke should receive and process the sync data for Unit 420, updating the unit’s lock settings and access control.
Actual Result:
Noke is still not receiving sync data for Unit 420, despite correction of duplicate keycodes and missing site-level access configuration.
Additional Notes:
Issue began on 07/17/2025 at 12:35 PM.
Two tenants were found with more than one keycode (corrected).
Unit 420 was not assigned to any Access Zone Group or Unit Lock at the site level (corrected).
No further troubleshooting steps have been taken since.
Noke support is requesting confirmation of the unit 420's External ID:
