Feature Requests

I-25 RV Storage is asking for this. Their lease is written in a very small font (8pt) and they say it is nearly impossible for someone to read in the eSign module. They normally use their browser's zoom in/out function in the lower right corner, but they said the eSign module removes this for them. They are using Edge, and I can confirm the same happened for me in Chrome. Feature Request: Add Zoom In/Out capability to the eSign interface.

Piqua North Storage created a coupon that is now called OPEN24unused. This coupon was originally applied to the wrong special as client was learning the system. OPEN24 is the correct coupon code that is on a direct mail postcard. Please delete the "OPEN24unused" entirely OR assign it to the special named "2nd Month Free" and reactivate it.

Right now, this is a critical feature request for Piqua North who is expecting 7% tax to be charged in addition to rent and Customer Success is not sure how to assign the tax we set up to rent. Implement the ability to assign a tax to rent on units. Perhaps this could be done as a Global Unit Type - for example 5x15 w/NJ State Tax. -OR- Perhaps this could be done at the unit level with a column on the CSV to apply tax, similarly to how security deposits are assigned to units.

I wrongly assumed that the notification center would inform facilities when online payments, reservations and rentals are made but it does not. I think it should work this way.

There is a Trigger for Transfer to send an email confirmation of the Transfer, however there are currently no Tags related to Transfer to add to that template. This should include old unit and new unit information.

This is a request from QMS Demo with Alamo SS who has two locations on SiteLink. They run on an anniversary payment scheme and when renting an additional unit to an existing tenant, SiteLink offers them the option to assign the same PTD as the tenants existing unit, or assign the PTD one month from move in date. They have many tenants with multiple units who want rent due on the same day. I imagine ther will be many other SL users who will want the same ability.

AAA Storage World uses 3DSG with QSX and would like to continue to use it with QMS.

This is a request from Advance Management. Currently they have 3rd party websites that link to QS eCommerce pages. They do not have one corporate site with a list of all their locations. If they decide they would like to have QS create new websites, they would like the ability to have individual websites for each site rather than one corporate site.

During my QMS demo with Fort Knox SS, West Solloway wanted to look closely at the process of raising rates. He pointed out that the Standard Rates section and export do not include the Unit Size, but should. I compared this to the setup at ADS and Im not sure why they are so different. There is a screenshot for both included. Acme Storage only shows the Type in the Unit Type Column, but ADS shows the size and the unit type in the ADS column.
