QMS should have the ability to sell a retail item to a non tenant.

LAVS received a reservation for Jack Green but was not required to enter any contact information aside from their name.

This is being requested by Piqua North, but could be beneficial to most users. (Piqua North is unique thus far in that they collect taxes on fees - meaning, if a tenant has a late fee AND they pay that late fee, tax is collected in addition to the base fee amount. So the taxes on fees part of the report would only be beneficial to them at this point.) This report could break down sales tax collected and rent tax collected, modeled after how this is shown on the Cloud FSR Report.

This would be Piqua North's second choice to get a financial commitment from a tenant who can't move into the unit today, but Piqua did express that this option would not prevent a tenant from changing their mind and renting elsewhere since they don't sign the lease for a reservation. In Software & On Website - give the facility to take a payment to complete a reservation. In QuikStor Cloud, the reservation payment options are: security deposit only % discount off rent Full Charges

This feature would allow existing tenants to eSign the QMS Lease document. This feature would likely primarily be used when a site is newly acquired and all existing tenants would need to sign the new owner's lease.

Lighthouse Storage (14 locations) would like to see the ability to have scheduled reports emailed automatically. This will be a must have feature for most existing Cloud users as well.

This is a request from demo with 180 SS http://www.alltecgates.com/ who would be converting from SiteLink. They use a G5 website for their sites.

This is a request from QMS Demo with Kissel Hill Self Storage. During the demo it was brought up that there is only one Phone Number option for tenants. This is defaulted to be the cell phone but there should be options to also list a home phone and work phone number.

I am working with Azose Commercial Properties (Storage Court with 15 locations in Washington). Looking for alternative software to StorEdge, with many requests. They are looking to transition to a new system by Jan 2025. Some of these requests I will be entering are PROS they like with StorEdge, some CONS they do not like and some wishlist items. Wish list item - They would like the ability to allow a tenant to upload an image of their drivers license during the online rental process which is automatically saved to the tenants account.

Requested during a Demo by a Canadian facility(ShurLock Storage) that uses authorize.net for processing. Implementing this electronic payment option will allow us to offer QMS to prospects outside the Continental U.S. & U.S. Territories
