Feature Requests

Add a "Facilities" tab to the left side navigation menu. This tab would have all of the same functionality of the facilities tab (including search feature) that is currently displayed when viewing a company except that it would list ALL facilities. Add Company Name column. Add Company ID column. Add ability to export the data to Excel.

Odd scenario- Mason Johnson of Beehive Stoarge in UT says he loves our management summary report (and it is BETTER than SiteLink's) but SiteLink's "wins" because it is all condensed onto a SINGLE PAGE that he can print out- thought I'd share and I do understand- could be nice to have an option to export/condense all onto a single page like SL does

This is a request by Menards before they will onboard any further facilities onto QMS. In QSX/Cloud there is a report called the Collection Detail Report that breaks down payments by category, e.g. Rent, Fees, Delinquency, etc. In discussions with Andre we can use the same code that we used in the Daily Snapshot that shows the Transaction breakdown (see below) for a date range. The report will show the below breakdown for all payment types for the selected date range.

Currently there is no way for a user to determine when autopay transactions are declined. The only way I have been able to determine this is by reviewing the email outbox and seeing which tenant received an email informing them their transaction failed. We need a report to inform users that there have been auto payments declined.

The TS accounting team does not book General Credit Expense. Instead, they back it out of a revenue account. They were asking which account to apply it to and there is no easy way to see the reason for general credits. Also, a report that shows the reason for all waivers/general credits for a date range would be great. I believe that QS Cloud had a "Management Discretionary" report. Need to get QS Cloud input to ensure we are covering all the bases. This seems to be a simple report that is driven by the GL.
