who is expecting 7% tax to be charged in addition to rent and Customer Success is not sure how to assign the tax we set up to rent.

Implement the ability to assign a tax to rent on units.

Perhaps this could be done as a Global Unit Type - for example 5x15 w/NJ State Tax.
