The other issue is that I had auctions this week. Some of the auctioned units were manager specials, which means they were relisted but are already moved out. I have no way to apply those auction payments. There is no way to sell a piece of retail or charge a fee to a non-tenant or a previous or prospective tenant. We no longer have company units we can do transactions on to be able to apply those payments either. We’ve had to use an employee unit, but not all sites have employee units. I reported it during the testing phase, but don’t know where it is on the feature request hierarchy. I just want to make sure it is on there.

Please let me know if there is a different feature request or if I should make a new one specifically for her concerns related to applying auction payments to a former tenant.
