Shorter (1 page) Management Summary report

Odd scenario- Mason Johnson of Beehive Stoarge in UT says he loves our management summary report (and it is BETTER than SiteLink's) but SiteLink's "wins" because it is all condensed onto a SINGLE PAGE that he can print out- thought I'd share and I do understand- could be nice to have an option to export/condense all onto a single page like SL does

Dan do you have an example of his report? My guess is it is missing key information ours includes or the typeface is extremely small.

April Lee I think you're right- I found this one (attached) online but it's not actually a single page, either- so I'm wondering if the Beehive STorage excludes some info on their report?? But yes- this example (attached) uses very small font. Maybe it would be a nice (option) to be able to squeeze it all in for the "one pager" types"? I just asked Rhonda if StorEdge had a one page report (it does not) but she said she's on the same page with people that like a good single page

Dan In this case I think we need to know a few things:

How many sites is he bringing to the table? This is an odd request, most people looking to switch software aren't going to NOT switch because one single report has too many pages. So typically this is an excuse. A quick Google search shows 7 locations, but I'm not sure if that is the right facility?
What exactly does he feel should be on the report? Can he provide you an example of the report he wants?

April Lee Hey April- I should have clarified- I already switched this deal to "closed lost" so this wouldn't win us their business (at least not yet)- Mason doesn't want to switch platforms until at least 2027 so I'll just keep track of him. I think of this as a more general comment/preference for us to be aware of and MAYBE consider if the team thinks it's something potentially worthwhile
