USER STORY 1: CIA Keypads – Flat File – we can integrate now and it should be 99% the same as our current PTI Flat File integration, so Rafal could likely do it quickly to add this to our integrated partner list. Text output file sample attached from Justin at OT. USER STORY 2: CIA Keypads – API – this would be similar to our PTI Cloud integration, but would be more involved than the flat file. I have the integration specs, but if we can get the flat file integration done for now I think we could punt on this for a while
