The customer is curious as to why QMS is completely locking out a delinquent tenant from accessing their other units that are Paid Thru. The units and dates are: Unit 1055 PTD 7/16, Unit 1053 PTD 7/23, and Unit 1052 PTD 7/24, all owned by Lillie Bates. I informed the customer this is typical expected behavior of QMS and I've explained the risks associated with letting delinquent tenants access their units. The customer is essentially looking to allow unit access for delinquent clients. Talking with Manny, he let me know that this would sound like a feature request.
