Beach Bum Storage who currently uses ESS, relies heavily on there dashboard which sounds very robust. One of the items on their dashboard includes an Expected Move Out which lists tenants who are expected to move out today and initiates a task for the manager. This is a feature I use in Cloud all the time as well and I can see many other users will want to see it in QMS.
