Add Note Categories and Improve Readability in Notes Tab

Enhance the Notes tab in tenant accounts by addressing layout and usability issues:
1. Add a new “Note Type” or “Category” column
> This will help users identify the context of each note (e.g., Billing, Maintenance, Communication) for easier scanning and organization.
2. Reduce excessive white space between columns
> The current layout results in large gaps between columns, forcing important note content to be cut off.
> Tightening up the spacing will allow for better visibility and more efficient use of screen space.
3. Improve how note text is displayed
> As noted by Rhoda, users currently need to hover over notes to read the full content, which limits accessibility and prevents easy copying.
> While her suggestion was to wrap the text and expand the row height automatically, my recommended approach is to:
>> Justify the note text for better alignment.
>>Add an ellipsis (…) to truncate long text or include a “View More” link or icon that users can click to expand the row height and see the full note inline.
