  1. Current Behavior:
  • In the QuikStor Management Software, when navigating to:
  • Facility → Tenants → [Select Tenant] → Financial → [Select Payment]
  • There is a "Download Receipt" option available for manual payments only. This option is currently not visible for payments made through Autopay.
  1. Requested Change:
  • Enable the "Download Receipt" option for payments made via Autopay. Auto-paying tenants should have the same ability to download receipts as those making manual payments.
  1. Expected Outcome:
  • Regardless of whether a tenant pays manually or through Autopay, the system should consistently provide the option to download a receipt from the financial tab for any payment.
