Add an option to print receipt for auto-paying customers

- Current Behavior:
- In the QuikStor Management Software, when navigating to:
- Facility → Tenants → [Select Tenant] → Financial → [Select Payment]
- There is a "Download Receipt" option available for manual payments only. This option is currently not visible for payments made through Autopay.
- Requested Change:
- Enable the "Download Receipt" option for payments made via Autopay. Auto-paying tenants should have the same ability to download receipts as those making manual payments.
- Expected Outcome:
- Regardless of whether a tenant pays manually or through Autopay, the system should consistently provide the option to download a receipt from the financial tab for any payment.
