Tony Gardner ok thank you. I reread your comment and understand "unavailable" now. A feature request sounds right in this case. If a unit is marked Unrentable I would expect that to be a different color on the map compared to Rentable units.

Sarah McDougall There is no way to manually mark a unit as unavailable. That is simply what happens when a unit is locked due to a move-in or reservation draft, either started online or in QMS directly. This prevents another tenant from moving into a unit that is already in the process of being rented. I see that they have assigned this card and are working on it, so I think we will either see a new status color for unrentable or they will apply the same gray. I will let you know as soon as I see the release notes.

Sarah McDougall There is a difference between Unavailable and Unrentable. Unavailable is when a unit is temporarily unavailable due to a move-in draft. Unrentable is a specific status that someone manually sets for a unit. I entered a bug for this, but it does work correctly if the unit is Unavailable so it may turn into a feature request to either add a new color for Unrentable or also make Unrentable turn gray if it is vacant.
