You will need a facility with a Unit Movement report.

The Net$ takes input from the Move-in, Move-out, transfer-in, and transfer-out columns.

Move-ins and Transfer-ins adds the street rate value. Move-outs and transfer-outs subtract the street value.

One Move-in and One-move out should get you zero in the Net$ column. One move-in and one Move-out will get you double the street rate of the unit.

The Net$ column in the Unit Movement Report is not picking up all transfers. This is happening to at least four TS facilities.
