Issue:
- The tenant moved in on April 27, 2025, and paid pro-rated rent with Special: 4 Months 75% Off.
- On 05/01/2025, the rent was posted, but it did not post with the 75% discount applied to the Rent.
Notes:
- I tried finding other facilities that utilize this special that might have similarly moved in a tenant, but I'm unable to find additional units. The units I found utilizing this special were moved in with Pro-Rate + 1 Month.
- Replicating this issue from our end, we would need to wait until the end of the month, as we'll need to wait for the Renewal.

After conducting an investigation, we have determined that the special offer was not applied during the move-in process, but was instead added to the active lease at a later date. The special was applied on May 3rd. Since the rental period started on May 1st and ends on May 31st, the special will only take effect starting July 1st, when the new rental period begins.
This special provides a 75% discount for three months (not four, as indicated in the description) and an additional 75% off the pro-rated period. This means the next three months will be discounted by 75%, as originally expected.
