The issue:
  1. The tenant received an outbound email from tsbr@emailtrojanstorage.com
  2. The tenant responded, but no inbound email was received on QMS to tsbr@emailtrojanstorage.com.
  3. The customer rep received an inbound email after the tenant attached the rep's email, llinden@trojanstorage.com.
More information:
  1. The email forwarded to Support includes two photos: JPG & photos add up to ~340 KB (on disk)
  2. Replicating Issue (unsuccessfully):
  • Where I replicated the issue: Trial -> ACME Storage (Companies) -> New Facility (James)
  • The same photos were used and tested on mobile. Everything was sent out successfully.
  • I replicated the scenario with the Rep and Prospect, and everything was sent out successfully. I learned that my iPhone converts HEIC files to PNG when adding them to Gmail via Mobile and Web. Original HEIC files are still within ~5MB to send over email).
