Tenant Janet Clark in Trojan Storage of Everett has 2 units, K721 and L609. L609 had an autopayment go through but the account is not set up for autopay. K721 did not have an autopayment processed (this payment has been reversed). The unit was also not in the Autopay report. Notes: I have been unable to find another case of this recently.

Alexander Laszacs Unfortunately I do not think there are any audit trail methods to track that in the front end. Hopefully they can see it on the back end.
