Issue:
- I'm unable to update M52's email from <hannahjewlery@embarqmail.com> to <hannahjewelry@embarqmail.com>
Attempts made:
- QMS->Facility->Tenant->Edit Tenant->Update email and save.
- Error: End user with that email already exists.
- QMS->Facility->Initiate transfer for Unit: M52 to Unit: P2->Updated Tenant Information and click Next
- Error: End user with that email already exists.
- This is one of the facility's end goals, but they are first trying to update the email.

James Perez Wasn't this something that you and April Lee already discussed? I believe this is a migration issue having to do with their data, meaning I don't think it requires a Canny card. If so, then yes we need to move out the tenant with the incorrect email so that we can reimport that least under the correct tenant/email record. Please advise if this is a different issue.

Tony Gardner More than likely, but I don't remember that conversation.
- R11 was a migrated unit. M52 was a moved in unit. *by a user at the facility
- M52 was a user mistake. I'll inform them to move them out and move them back in.

James Perez: just to clarify because this was user Error, they do need to correct it on their end. Support or customer success will not be providing any workarounds or fixes in this case. It would be good to provide them with a knowledgebase article on how to move an existing tenant into a new unit. If an article doesn't exist tag Ronald on the case and ask if he or Bash can create one.
