  • Obtain the (Corporate/Facility) Report: Unit Movement; use a specific date range of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or Since 1st of the Month
  • Obtain a copy of either report Movement Analysis (Corporate/Facility) or Daily Snapshot (Facility)
Steps to Produce:
Step 1 – Report: Unit Movement
  1. (Facility): Calculate the total for each movement column in the report.
  2. (Corporate): Review the

  • Example for the Facility Report: TS of Oregon City
  • Period: 03/28/2025-04/04/2025 (Past 7 Days)
  • Total: Move-ins (8), Move-Outs (8), Transfer In (1), Transfer Out (1)
Step 2 – Report: Unit Movement
  1. (Facility) - Compare the totals against the reports Movement Analysis or Daily Snapshot
  2. (Corporate) - Using this report alone. Ensure the data columns add up to the
