Steps to Replicate
:
  1. Report: Effective Rates By Unit
  • Corporate: QMS->Corporate->Reports-> Effective Rates By Unit
  • Facility: QMS-Facility->Reports-> Effective Rates By Unit
  1. Populate information for any date.
  2. Review Column: Autopay
Expected Result:
  • For both Corporate and Facility reports, the Autopay column should accurately reflect the corresponding Autopay data shown within the QMS program
Actual Result:
  • The corporate report reflects NO for everyone, even though some units are enrolled on autopay.
  • The facility report reflects blank data.
More Information:
  1. A90 @ Trojan Storage of Oregon City is a unit enrolled on autopay, but the reports don't reflect that information.
  2. Issue can be replicated on QMS-Trial.
