New Move-In > Email Lease for Signature Doesn't Work

When performing a Move-In for a tenant who has provided an email address, on the Lease step when you click on Send Email it does nothing. It seems to register the click and the spinning wheel starts spinning but no email is sent. You cannot move forward with the next step of the move-in - the Next To Payment button is greyed out.
I tested this in trial and waited about 5 minutes for an email and got nothing. Nothing hung up in mimecast.

Sarah McDougall Please see the email I just sent you. I believe this is working correctly, but maybe Piqua is not set up correctly. I see ZERO emails that have been sent or received in the inbox. I am thinking that needs to be tested to see if they can send out any emails or receive anything, as that may be the issue we need to address.
