Settings look to be correct for Menards / Menards Bay City, but they are not receiving registration emails nor password reset emails. They have consulted with their in-house IT and have confirmed that these emails are not hung up in their spam filters.
Can you please look into why this is happening and advise on how we can resolve this quickly for them?
This was a little embarrassing on the call I had with Menards trying to troubleshoot this, and the contact said "yeah, this is why we wanted to get started with the software early."
