I added insurance to tenant in B-079 and the next months payment does include the insurance amount, however there was nothing prompted to collect payment for the existing month.

Shaina Cossairt Insurance does not currently work with prorates, either starting or stopping. Really all it is doing is creating a recurring fee to start at the next PTD. This is on the roadmap.
